Born in 2016 as a Sewa inspired community run, 1RACE has emerged as one of the top multi city road races in India with a pan India footprint and a demographic diversity spanning elite athletes, Indian Armed Forces, and gym-goers on one hand, and college students, homemakers, corporate professionals, and retired senior citizens on the other. The wonderful energy around 1RACE is powered by the goodwill of a million+ strong community of 1RACERS who run for Oneness & Humanity. 1RACE consists of Chip timed 5 KM, 10km & HALF MARATHON race.
OUR STORY
The story of 1RACE started in the summer of 2015 when two passionate runners quit their marketing jobs and joined forces to organise the first 1RACE in 2016, where over 2,000 runners stood on the start line in New Delhi to fulfil their aim of providing 'some happiness and Humanity' in a troubled world. 1RACE vision was to create a community of Running Evangelists who stood for Oneness and ran the talk through year long Volunteerism and Sewa activities. At the core of 1RACE is the Sikh principle : considering the WHOLE HUMAN RACE AS ONE.
